As a Clinical Site Contracting Coordinator at ICON, you will works directly with clinical sites, vendors and legal on the negotiation of the Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements (CDAs). The Site Contracting Clinical Trial Coordinator works with the site contracting team on various activities related to execution of site level agreements.
What You Will Do:
Your role will involve delivering clinical research work to a high standard, working closely with your team and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
Route site level agreements for signature, either via paper, if wet ink required, or through Docusign
QC of site level agreements to ensure all signatures are completed, execution date is present and protocol number is consistent throughout
Distribution of the site level agreements to appropriate stakeholders
Filing in an electronic repository and entering medidata based on information from the CTA and Budget
Analyze and create reports for Site Contracting Management team
Serve as primary point of contact with Investigative Sites or Vendors for CDA negotiations
Collaborate with Vertex Legal for any contract language negotiations
Your Profile:
You will bring relevant clinical research experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.
Required qualifications and experience:
B.S. or Advanced Degree (or equivalent degree/experience in the opinion of the Hiring Manager)
Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience;
High degree of experience in contract management;
Experience supporting inspections (preparation activities, audits);
Previous experience with process development (SOP, WI) desired;
High level of proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams; and Familiarity with standard videoconferencing tools.
Strong communication (written and verbal) skills to be able to interact with internal Vertex groups as well as external groups
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a matrix, cross-functional team
