Join the Team for the 2026 Autumn Internationals
We're recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Bar Staff to join our team at Scottish Gas Murrayfield for Scotland's huge 2026 Autumn International fixtures.
Be part of the incredible matchday atmosphere at one of the UK's most iconic rugby stadiums as Scotland welcome New Zealand, Australia and Japan to Edinburgh this November.
You'll have the opportunity to work across the following fixtures:
- Scotland v New Zealand – Saturday 7 November 2026.
- Scotland v Australia – Sunday 15 November 2026.
- Scotland v Japan – Saturday 21 November 2026.
Whether you're an experienced bartender or looking to gain valuable hospitality experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, exciting environment in front of tens of thousands of rugby supporters.
With flexible, event-based shifts and opportunities to work at other major sporting events, festivals and live venues across the UK, there are plenty of opportunities to continue working with Freemans Event Partners throughout the year.
The Role:
You'll work within busy bars across Scottish Gas Murrayfield, delivering fast, friendly and efficient service while helping to create an outstanding matchday experience for Scotland supporters and visiting rugby fans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve beer, wine, spirits and soft drinks quickly and accurately.
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service.
- Operate tills and process payments accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar area.
- Assist with stock replenishment and general bar duties.
- Support with bar setup and close-down procedures.
- Work collaboratively with your team to deliver exceptional service throughout each matchday.
About You:
We're looking for people who:
- Are aged 18 or over.
- Have previous bar or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential).
- Thrive in busy, fast-paced environments.
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Are reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Enjoy working as part of a team.
- Are available to work the Autumn International matchdays at Murrayfield.
