POSITION: Senior Analyst/Associate
JOB SUMMARY
The FP&A Senior Analyst/Associate is responsible for delivering high-quality financial insights, management reporting, and performance analysis to support senior leadership decision-making. The role operates across FP&A, accounting integration, and transformation (automation, data, and analytics).
Key Responsibilities
FP&A, Accounting & Business Partnering:
- Deliver management reports, dashboards, and KPIs
- Analyze performance, variances, and trends
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning
- Provide decision support and financial storytelling
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and consistency across financial reporting systems.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis, scenario modelling, and decision support for management initiatives.
- Work with accounting and controllership teams to support Month close, reconciliations and ad-hoc reporting as needed.
- Bridge management reporting with accounting outputs, ensuring accuracy and IFRS alignment.
- undefinedData, Automation & Transformation:Drive reporting transformation using Excel, Power BI, Power Query, Sigma, and AI toolsDrive process improvements and standardizationBuild scalable reporting frameworks Stakeholder Management:Partner with finance, accounting, and business teamsEnsure governance, documentation, and data integrityMentor junior team members as required Desired ProfileCA/CPA/CFA/CMA/master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field qualification is a plus) 6-8 years of FP&A/Finance experienceReal estate industry or Yardi hands on experience (a plus).Strong accounting and financial statement understandingExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with Power BI/Power Query/Sigma/AI tools and proficiency in one automation tool is required.Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detailAbility to perform under pressure and adjust plans to meet changing needs and requirements. Ability to summarize and discuss issues, develop recommendations, and make decisions. Proactive and able to take initiative. Team player - energetic and enthusiastic.
