This role is for the dialysis nurse who embodies our core values through their clinical expertise and dedication.

• Clinical Excellence & Versatility: You will leverage your dialysis skills to deliver life-sustaining treatments, creating extraordinary moments of comfort and safety across both dedicated inpatient dialysis suites and high-acuity bedside settings (ICU/Med-Surg).
• Autonomous Problem-Solving with a 'Can-Do' Attitude: You will independently manage your caseload and patient needs across different hospital settings, using your critical thinking to troubleshoot equipment and navigate complex clinical scenarios.

Schedule, Locations & Team

• Contract Length: 12 Weeks with a temp-to-hire conversion path.
• Shift & Schedule: Full-time schedule. 4 days per week, plus every other Saturday (which counts as one of those days).
• Hours: Day shift, starting between 7:00–8:00 AM. End times vary based on daily patient census.
• On-Call Rotation: Shared on-call rotation across the local team.
• Locations & Care Settings: You will provide care at our partner hospitals in the Milwaukee area (including Ascension All Saints Hospital, Ascension Columbia St. Mary's Hospital, Ascension Elmbrook Memorial Hospital, and Ascension SE Wisconsin Hospital - St. Joseph), utilizing both dedicated inpatient dialysis rooms and bedside setups in ICU/med-surg units.
• Team & Support: You will report directly to the Team Supervisor, who is committed to your success.

What You Bring

• Licensure: Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin (or active Compact License).
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of RN experience, with at least 6 months of direct dialysis experience required (acute or outpatient/chronic).
• Certification: Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Core Competencies: A self-starter with excellent time management skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently in fast-paced inpatient settings.
