What You'll Do (not all-inclusive)

As a Shift Operations Team Member, you'll be right in the action keeping our TimberBatt, TimberFill, and TimberBoard production lines running smoothly. You'll:

• Move materials and operate equipment safely

• Monitor production lines and ensure product quality

• Troubleshoot issues alongside our Electricians and Mechanics

• Learn and run high-tech systems, including robotics and PLCs

• Cross-train across multiple roles to build a full understanding of our process, and increase your pay as you master new skills and roles

This role runs on rotating shifts, so you'll need flexibility to work varying schedules as part of our round-the-clock production team. No manufacturing experience? No problem, we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Safety-first mindset and willingness to learn

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Eagerness to contribute ideas and improve processes

• Ability to work rotating shifts and wear required PPE

Preferred Skills (not required)

• Familiarity with OSHA safety practices

• Forklift or mobile equipment operation

• Mechanical or electrical troubleshooting

• Maine High Pressure Boiler Operator License (preferred, not required)

 Requirements

• Valid driver's license

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, with or without accommodation

• Ability to climb stairs and work at heights

• Able to pass a drug test and respirator physical

• Willingness to work in confined spaces and wear PPE
