As our Construction Manager, you will bring an understanding of code requirements and building systems knowledge to guide your team on the construction sites. Your familiarity in working with general contractors and effectively managing resources will lead to further success for yourself and the team. You will also be responsible for other Installation Supervisors/Superintendents with their own teams and making sure that site readiness is followed through for the various projects under your scope. Project management will be a core responsibility outside of labor where you will also have Project Managers reporting to you accordingly.  

You will bring 3+ years of relevant construction expertise as well as supervisory experience ideally leading a union represented workforce to our KONE family and an appetite for learning an exciting and new field. You will use the knowledge gained when obtaining your bachelors or associates degree in a related field or 8+ years of experience in lieu of degree.

Annual Base Pay Range:

The Chicago, IL location range for this role is $179,200 – $235,200. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.    

We will also consider candidates in the following areas.  Below are the different ranges applicable to those locations:

• Nashville, Knoxville, TN area hiring range: $159,100 – $208,845.

Variable Compensation

KONE Annual Bonus plan at 20% Target Incentive (60/40) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
