Inside Sales Representative (all genders)

YOUR MISSION

• Provide excellent service and commercial support to customers in the Eastern European market.
• Strengthen customer relationships and grow business with existing accounts while opening new customers.
• Prepare accurate offers, price calculations, and follow up on customer orders.
• Actively manage accounts by phone and email, focusing on cross-selling and digital migration.
• Maintain and update customer data in internal systems and encourage the use of digital tools.
• Understand customer needs, market context, product applications, and competitors.
• Identify commercial opportunities and report on sales projects in close collaboration with External Sales.

YOUR PROFILE

• Technical and/or commercial background with at least 4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably with technical products.
• Fluency in English. Polish, Czech or another Eastern European language would be strong assets. French or Arabic nice to have
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with general IT tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, persuasive, structured, and customer-focused working style.
• Able to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a small, ambitious team.
• Team player with flexibility, hands-on attitude, and a strong sense of ownership.
