IT Project Tech Lead - Vice President

The Adjustment Reduction IT Project Tech Lead is a strategic professional who will work across finance technology teams and other technology and finance stakeholders to provide end-to-end ownership of the data analysis, root-cause identification, remediation requirements and cross-Technology dependencies necessary to deliver committed Adjustment Reduction targets and support IA validation.

This role requires specialized Finance/data SME knowledge required to understand why adjustments occur and what system remediation will eliminate them across Finance Technology applications, especially with the expansion from 7 to 10 or more systems across the Finance Technology stack. This role will require a proficient use and understanding of AI tools.

Responsibilities:

• Develops detailed IT book of work plans, schedules; project estimates, and status reports.
• Interfaces with senior project staff and client senior management teams regarding status of book of work and adjustment remediations.
• Recommends and oversees process improvements leveraging AI tools.
• Has considerable business impact through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes in Finance.
• Provides expertise in area and an advanced level of understanding of the principles of IT project leadership and business Analysis.
• Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others (i.e., architecture or infrastructure) collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives.
• Acts as advisor or coach to new or lower-level analysts; allocates work.
• Provides in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Persuades and influences others through and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Recommended Qualifications: 

• 6+ years' experience in a related technology role and subject matter expert in overall field

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Master's degree

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$113,840.00 - $170,760.00
