As a VIP Server, you will be the face of our premium hospitality experience, ensuring every guest feels valued, comfortable, and well-cared-for throughout their visit. Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, personalized service to VIP guests, ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, accurately handling orders and special requests with precision.
- Assist with food presentation, garnishing, and proper food handling to uphold safety standards and quality.
- Manage beverage service, including wine knowledge, drink pairing suggestions, and responsible alcohol service.
- Use POS (Point of Sale) systems to process orders and payments smoothly while maintaining accuracy.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation; bus tables promptly; support overall event flow to enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry, including culinary or banquet service roles.
- Strong guest services background with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling, and proper serving techniques.
- Experience with beverage service, including wine knowledge and drink presentation.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Hospitality or fine dining experience is preferred; banquet experience is a plus.
- Basic math skills for order calculations and payment processing are required.
