As a Registered Nurse Case Manager, you will provide direct care to patients in their homes or care facilities. RN - Registered Nurse Qualifications:
- 1 year of prior nursing experience
- An active unencumbered state Registered Nurse license
- Current driver's license and auto liability coverage
- Interest and ability in providing patient care in homes and facilities
RN - Registered Nurse Benefits & Schedule:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- No Mandatory On-Call Required
