Job Title: Clinic Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will ensure that the clinic runs efficiently while providing high-quality patient care. This role involves managing staff, coordinating patient services, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Supervise and support clinic staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• - Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and maintain a positive patient experience.
• - Oversee scheduling and patient flow to optimize clinic operations.
• - Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies.
• - Collaborate with healthcare providers to improve patient services and outcomes.
• - Manage clinic budgets and financial performance.
• - Address patient concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• - Maintain accurate records and reports related to clinic operations.
• - Leads and supports compliance with applicable healthcare laws, regulations, orthopaedic practice policies and procedures, and the compliance plan. Promotes ethical conduct, accurate documentation and billing, patient privacy, and timely reporting of compliance concerns; ensures staff completion of required compliance training and adherence to practice standards. 
• - Provides oversight to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and orthopaedic practice policies and procedures and the compliance plan; models ethical behavior; supports accurate documentation and billing practices; protects patient confidentiality; and addresses compliance concerns promptly and appropriately. 

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• -High School Diploma or Equivalent
• -Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory role within a healthcare setting.
• - Strong leadership and team management skills.
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• - Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• - Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare software.
• - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• - Requires regular and predictable attendance.
