Program Management Specialist 4 - Hybrid - Relocation Assistance Available

Insitu is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Program Management Specialist to fill a critical position in the Product Line Management organization. This role will be directly responsible for all phases of program management within the assigned portfolio.

Required skills, knowledge and experience:

• Manages customer programs and functions as point of contact throughout the entire program lifecycle for multiple programs
• May manage portfolio of high profile, strategic and significant financial impact customer programs
• Functions as point of contact throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Manages program budget and executes according to the cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives of the contract(s).
• Works with customers and internal stakeholders to define and deploy requirements management plan.
• Coordinates with engineering and operations to ensure successful execution of customer programs and on-time delivery
• Ability to collect, organize, and analyze data to include sustainment modeling, logistical sparing, pricing and margin analysis.
• Knowledge of FAR-15 proposal development and act as Capture Team Lead (CTL)
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management
• Demonstrated knowledge of ITAR regulations, European environmental compliance requirements, NATO STANAG 4586 & 4609
• Demonstrated knowledge of program management best practices, including Risk management, Integrated Master Schedule, Requirements Matrix, etc.
• The ability to achieve desired outcomes on projects, on-time and within budget.
• Ability to define, design and plan, and manage the project. Ability to control and deliver project deliverables, project accounting and appraisal, and optimize the contribution of the people involved.
• Knowledge of Project Management theory, concepts and principles (e.g., theory of constraints, critical path methodology, project risk management, triple constraints, project scope management, project management lifecycle etc.).

Program Manager interfaces with:

• External customers
• Insitu cross-functional resources in support of programs
• Insitu Executive Leadership

Education and Experience:

• 10-12 years related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 8 years related experience with a Master's degree.
• Group 2 & Group 3 UAS technical and programmatic experience desired
• Demonstrated experience of offsets obligations and international strategic partnerships
• Understanding of competitive FAR-15 & DCS proposal development and execution
• Working knowledge of trade compliance requirements
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

In-Office Requirement Statement:

This position is eligible for hybrid work. It is our strong preference that this position is on-site 1 week per quarter to allow for maximum collaboration and connection to the team and product. However, depending on the candidate’s location, experience, and qualifications, we may have some flexibility in the frequency of on-site days.

Please note that the salary information show below is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate experience, qualifications and work location.

Typical Hiring Range: 112,000.00 - 154,000.00
