Description
Join Cabot Credit Management as a Senior Insight Analyst and help turn data into meaningful business outcomes. In this role, you'll lead complex analysis across designated asset portfolios, using insights to drive performance, improve customer journeys and support strategic decisions. Working alongside the Insight Manager and stakeholders from across the business, you'll act as a trusted expert, delivering high-quality analysis and recommendations that create real impact. You'll also support the development of fellow analysts, helping to build capability and champion best practice across the Insight function.

Salary of up to £45,000

Key responsibilities include:
Lead analytical projects that identify the drivers of business and portfolio performance, delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
Extract, manipulate and analyse data using SQL, Python and Excel to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Support and evaluate test-and-learn initiatives, measuring outcomes against agreed performance indicators.
Develop and enhance reporting and dashboards to monitor portfolio performance, customer behaviour and process effectiveness.
Act as a subject matter expert in customer behaviour, operational analysis and business performance insights.
Ensure the accuracy and quality of analysis through robust validation, quality assurance and peer review.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to deliver insight-led improvements and embed data-driven decision making.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of business recommendations and implemented changes.
Contribute to the development of advanced analytical tools and techniques to enhance understanding of customer behaviour, engagement, affordability and propensity to pay.
Plan and manage analytical projects effectively, ensuring priorities and deadlines are met
.We are looking for someone with:
Proven analytical experience, ideally within an insight, analytics or data-focused role.
Knowledge of statistical analysis and the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
Experience with analytical and data manipulation tools, such as Python or SQL.
Highly numerate, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A curious and investigative mindset, with a passion for understanding data and uncovering opportunities.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to manage priorities and deliver to deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical findings to a non-technical audience.
Resilient and proactive, with a solution-focused approach to overcoming challenges.
