Sustainability Performance Analyst

1. Sustainability Data Management & Analysis 

• Manage and maintain sustainability data (e.g., emissions, ESG metrics) using platforms such as Envizi  
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across entities 
• Analyze Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities  
• Prepare datasets and dashboards to support reporting and decision-making 
• Contribute insights during audit reviews and continuous improvement discussions 

2. ESG Reporting & Audit Support 

• Support preparation of GHG reports and ESG disclosures (e.g., CSRD, GHG Protocol) 
• Perform data validation and verification to ensure audit readiness 
• Support external audit processes, including documentation, analysis, and coordination 
• Maintain proper documentation of methodologies, policies, and reports 

3. Research & Insights Generation 

• Conduct research on sustainability trends, regulations, and market developments 
• Benchmark performance against industry standards and competitors 
• Translate data and research into clear insights, reports, and recommendations 
• Support development of data-driven narratives for internal and external use 
• Identify opportunities to improve data processes, workflows, and efficiency 

4. Commercial Support & Data Enablement 

• Support commercial teams with data insights for customer discussions, tenders, and solutions  
• Provide analysis on emissions performance and solution impact 
• Contribute to customer-facing materials by translating technical data into business value  
• Support development and improvement of emissions dashboards and tools 

  
5. Capability Building & Internal Engagement (People) 

• Support development of training materials, guidelines, and templates 
• Provide tools and guidance to help teams understand and use sustainability data 
• Support countries in developing and tracking sustainability initiatives 
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and internal awareness across functions 

6. Governance, Health & Safety Improvement 

• Support ESG governance and H&S through structured data, documentation, and reporting processes  
• Maintain and update knowledge platforms (e.g., SharePoint, guidelines, tools) 
• Contribute to integrating sustainability criteria into business processes and functions 
• Identify and implement data and process improvements 

7. Health & Safety 

• Monitor the timely submission of accident statistics and accident analyses 
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across entities 
• Support countries in developing and tracking health & safety initiatives 
• Identify and drive improvements in processes and workflows while facilitating cross-functional knowledge sharing and strengthening internal awareness 

Technical & Analytical Skills 

• Strong ability to analyze, validate, and interpret complex datasets 
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, data modeling, pivot tables) and data tools (e.g., Envizi or similar platforms) 
• Understanding of GHG emissions accounting (Scope 1, 2, 3) and calculation methodologies  
• Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks and standards (e.g., CSRD, GHG Protocol, ISO)  
• Ability to translate data into clear insights, trends, and actionable recommendations 
• Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and analytical approach
