JOB SUMMARY
This role is responsible for managing the full Talent Acquisition lifecycle — from sourcing and recruitment to onboarding and employee records management. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will handle both external hiring and internal movements, including promotions and internal applications, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Operations
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, covering both external hiring and internal movements (promotions, transfers).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of open roles and adherence to key recruitment metrics such as Time to Fill and Fill Rate.
- Execute candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, and facilitate the job offer process.
- Oversee pre-employment requirements, including medical enrollment, ensuring completion before onboarding.
- Support and administer internal hiring and promotion processes in compliance with company policies.
Onboarding & Talent Integration
- Maintain and update accurate employee records and master data in the HR Information System (HRIS), covering new hires, internal movements, and exits.
- Prepare and process personnel actions, including appointments, promotions, transfers, and status changes.
- Manage and secure employee 201 files, ensuring compliance with data privacy and legal standards.
- Generate HRIS reports and recruitment analytics for monitoring and decision-making.
Onboarding & Talent Integration
- Oversee onboarding for both new hires and employees undergoing internal movement, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Ensure all pre-employment and onboarding documentation and clearances are complete and compliant.
- Act as liaison among candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
Talent Acquisition Documentation & Policy Development
- Draft, review, and update recruitment-related policies, SOPs, guidelines, and templates.
- Collaborate with HR leadership on continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes.
- Maintain documentation related to recruitment, onboarding, personnel actions, and compliance.
- Performs other HR Facets/tasks when needed
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or any related field.
- HR Certification and other certificates are a plus but not required.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, or related HR roles.
- Experience with both external recruitment and internal hiring or employee movement processes.
- Prior exposure to HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
SKILL AND COMPETENCIES
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in using HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics, analytics, and reporting tools.
- Understanding of labor laws, data privacy regulations, and compliance in recruitment.
- Skilled in sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation.
Soft Skills:
