What You Will Do
As the Associate Designer, Graphics, you will participate in the organization and creation of production ready art files for the Logowear and Graphics product categories. You will work alongside a team of designers, balancing workloads to ensure exceptional creative execution and on-time delivery across multiple product calendars.
Key Responsibilities
Support the organization and production of graphics across the Logowear and Graphics categories. Assist in the creation of tech packs, mock-ups, mood boards, sketches, and graphics. Hone skills as a spoken narrator with the goal of effectively presenting your work to cross-functional teams and leadership. Foster professional growth and development through continued learning, skill workshopping, brand/trend research, and regular briefing from Design Manager and Global Design leadership. Perform other duties as assigned.

You will be a contributing member of a high-performing team that brings our brand to life through compelling graphic storytelling. Your attention to detail and organization will help efficiently carry graphics through the production phase smoothly.
Success in this role requires a creative thinker who can balance file management, skill development, trend research, and concept ideation. You will also assist in creating cohesive graphics that speak to our customers and maintain our brand values.
What You Bring
- Years of Related Professional Experience: 1-3+ years
- Educational/Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Design (apparel), or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in flat sketching
- Experience working with CADs
- Experience in creating tech packs/production ready files
- Experience in research and analysis of design and fashion trends
- Ability to accept and utilize constructive art direction
- Ability to lend a unique perspective and express a creative voice
- Skills:
- Ability to work within the framework of a team
- Shows initiative
- Working knowledge of utilizing color palettes.
- Clear communication and a desire to develop a presenter’s mentality
- Knowledge of graphic production process
- Understanding of designing for market, trend, and end uses
- Strong sense of aesthetic and the ability to design for different consumers

Hiring Range:
$60,480.00 USD - $75,600.00 USD annuallyIncentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
