Description
As a Service Scheduler you will manage customer requests for service appointments to align with front-line resources, business requirements and management direction. Your goal will be to utilize your strong time management and problem-solving skills to optimize assets, resources and product utilization within established policies and procedures. Your success will be measured by your ability to effectively schedule work, maximize resource utilization, and consistently meet customer and business expectations.

Your Responsibilities:
- Respond to all customer requests for service appointments, creating appointment availability to meet business demands
- Organize workflow and appointments utilizing technology applications
- Manage technician schedules working with managers to ensure that all technician resources are fully utilized
- Keep operation flow by ensuring daily and weekly reporting are updated
- Schedulers are responsible for ensuring that milestones for compliance and regulatory projects are met through a deliberate and efficient work plan
- Collaborate with field managers across the business to ensure that the flow on information is without disruption
- Collaborate closely with field managers and operational teams to ensure resources are utilized effectively and service commitments are achieved
Your Skills:
- Strong communication skills with an ability to quickly build rapport and maintain relationships
- Problem solving/decision making skills as well as an ability to multi-task
- Computer literacy is required, good organizational skills, strong analytical skills, and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well with others is required
- Excellent customer service skills
Your Experience:
- Choose High school diploma or post-secondary education preferred
- Experience in a customer service environment
- Experience in analytics or scheduling
- Experience in the oil & gas industry considered an asset
The expected salary range for this position is $47,840 - $59,800. Placement within range will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, and skills.
