Job Title: Marketing Designer Specialist
Industry: Law Firm
Salary Range: ₱50,000 - ₱60,000
Work Setup: Onsite (Hybrid Negotiable)
Shift Schedule: Day Shift (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
Location: Pasig City
About the Role:
This position is responsible for the development and execution of high quality visual content across a range of digital and multimedia platforms, including social media, corporate branding, websites, and email marketing channels. The role plays a key part in strengthening and maintaining brand consistency, supporting marketing initiatives, and enhancing digital engagement. It is well suited to a collaborative professional who can deliver creative solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while aligning with organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation: Design and produce high-quality multimedia content for various platforms, including:
Brand Consistency: Ensure all multimedia outputs meet quality standards, align with brand guidelines, and are technically sound.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep content innovative and relevant.
File Management: Organise and archive multimedia files for efficient access and future use.
Web Design Capability: Proven experience in designing and mocking up web pages and landing pages, with a strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles.
Email Marketing Experience: Ability to create visually engaging imagery and creative assets to support email marketing and digital communication campaigns.
Creative and Visual Expertise: Strong visual storytelling skills, high attention to detail, and experience producing motion graphics and animated content.
Time and Project Management: Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Collaboration and Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and incorporate feedback from key stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Any college degree (Relevant creative degrees are a plus)
- 3+ years of relevant years of experience

Possess high level skills and experience in in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign).

Proven ability to mock up web pages and landing pages with a strong understanding of user experience (UX).

Ability to execute advertising layouts, graphic design, image manipulating/enhancing.
