WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
Serve as a trusted point of contact for a wide variety of individual and collective employment law queries across the entire Zalando Group (within and outside of Germany)
As a direct contact, support and handle employment disputes as well as litigation representation
Train leads and P&O colleagues in employment law related topics, draft and improve all kinds of templates and agreements (incl. Works Agreements).
Support national and international transactions, new founding ventures, and restructurings from an employment law perspective
Develop creative approaches and solutions as part of a great team, including new ways of working
Work closely with our employee representative bodies
We support you in training to become a certified specialist attorney (Fachanwalt)
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
You have successfully completed state examinations, preferably with the grade "vollbefriedigend" (fully satisfactory)
You have a focused interest in employment law. Relevant professional experience is a plus
You have excellent English and German skills that allow you to excel in daily collaboration with colleagues and external stakeholders
You have a passion for tackling new challenges and independently managing and initiating projects
