About the role
Jan De Nul Group is known for its groundbreaking projects, literally all over the world and often capturing the imagination. These range from building new ports and creating additional land to realising complex infrastructure works and tackling every form of environmental pollution. A world in change, where our Jan De Nul employees like to do their bit in an innovative and sustainable way!
As an administrative assistant, your structured and determined approach will ensure that the follow up of our construction projects runs seamlessly.
What you’ll do
Administrative confidant of the project
Your tasks:
- You are the first point of contact for the Hard Facility team on the project.
- You manage incoming tickets related to the construction and maintenance of the building, by phone and via the ticketing system.
- You ensure that the ticket is forwarded to the right person and solved as soon as possible.
You can learn “on the job” thanks to your close collaboration with the site manager and your frequent contact with other employees.
What do you need to have?
- You have at least an A2 diploma in an administrative field.
- A first work experience is certainly a plus, but you can also convince us without work experience.
- Experience with a ticketing system, such as Archibus, is a plus.
- Your clear communication style enables you to create order in an often complex working environment.
- You are given a lot of independence and use it to ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible on site.
- You speak and write Dutch and English fluently.
You are available to be on the project from 8 a.m.
