The OpportunityAs a Senior Manager in Rewards and Benefits, you will play a pivotal role in our Workforce Consulting team, focusing on human resources, talent management, and organizational development. You will collaborate with clients to analyze their reward and benefits strategies, design competitive compensation structures, and develop attractive benefits packages. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while fostering high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.
Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will have the opportunity to craft and convey impactful messages that tell a holistic story, applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities. You will validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on client feedback. Your role will involve directing teams through complexity, demonstrating composure in challenging situations, and initiating open coaching conversations at all levels. Responsibilities
- Leading the development and implementation of comprehensive rewards and benefits strategies for clients in the pharma and life sciences sector
- Analyzing client needs to design competitive compensation structures and cost-effective benefits packages
- Utilizing data analytics and market analysis to benchmark compensation and benefits programs
- Collaborating with clients to optimize workforce strategies and enhance employee engagement
- Managing stakeholder relationships to drive successful project outcomes and client satisfaction
- Directing teams through complex challenges, demonstrating composure in ambiguous situations
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within client organizations
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to clients
- Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback to refine strategies and solutions
- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse teams
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
