Route Technician/Driver

Seeking Non-CDL dependable, hardworking, customer-focused Route Technicians for full-time work servicing customers throughout the MD, DC, VA and DE areas to join our team.

Job Duties

• Drive and operate box trucks up to 26 feet
• Collect and transport regulated medical waste, sharps containers, and secure-shredding materials
• Load and unload your truck
• Be able to lift boxes, up to 60 pounds, and occasionally push/pull carts up to 200 pounds.
• Follow safety, transportation and waste-handling procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle
• Complete route documentation
• Provide professional customer service and represent BWS excellence at each location.

What we are looking for

• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Valid medical DOT card
• Dependable, punctual, safety-minded and self-motivated
• Strong communication and superior customer service
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Route, delivery, waste management, or commercial driving experience preferred, but not required.
• Overnight routes available (with bonus)
