Come Drive Innovation with Us. We are currently looking for a Senior Planner C&I to join our team in Franklin, TN.

High-level overview of the position within organization, what functions is it responsible for, and what outcomes it should produce.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Manager of National Contest & Incentives (C&I), this role serves as the department’s subject matter expert to support the planning, development, and implementation of new vehicle incentive programs for assigned models.

The successful candidate will:

Cost and track incentive programs and maintain budgeting tools with a high level of detail and accuracy
Develop insightful sales, incentive, and competitive analysis, to provide recommendations that build brand value and achieve profitable growth

A Day in the Life:

  • Provide routine costing, tracking, and post-performance program analysis

  • Maintain costing and planning tools for assigned models

  • Interface with Chief Marketing Manager (CMM) teams for the planning, development, and implementation of new vehicle incentive programs for assigned models 

  • Generate competitive analysis and presentations, and recommend counter actions where appropriate for assigned models

  • Assist with month-end reconciliation process to determine actual billing expenses

  • Support the department's current and future fiscal year budget forecasts

  • Program and review monthly advertised vehicle offerings and disclaimers for assigned models

Who We're Looking for:
Required:

  • Highly motivated self-starter

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong analytical, presentation, and strategic thinking skills

  • Experience in developing and analyzing reports as well as working with numbers

  • Excellent negotiation and cross-functional skills to effectively balance priorities from various functional groups.

  • Advanced knowledge/experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

  • Seven or more years of directly related experience within the automotive industry

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related discipline

Desired:

  • Previous dealer-facing and/or OEM experience preferred

  • MBA preferred

Travel:

  • Occasional day travel
