Northrop Grumman is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Analyst to be a key member of the Northrop Grumman Corporate Home Office Government Compliance team. This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Falls Church, VA and we will offer a hybrid work arrangement. The person in this position will report to the Corporate Manager of Government Compliance and will support the DCAA incurred cost claim audits and other Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) audits, as necessary. The person in this position will work closely with various Corporate Home Office functions, the various Sector Government Compliance teams, and auditors from the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) and Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA).

Primary responsibilities and duties include:

\- Supporting DCAA Incurred Cost, CAS, and other audits

\- Providing support/assessment of cost allowability based on government regulations and company policies

\- Point of contract company issued Govt computers and badging requests.

\- Some recurring reporting and other administrative responsibilities.

This role will require the following characteristics for success:

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to be flexible and change directions when needed

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience or a Master's degree in business management, accounting, finance, economics, or related field.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Prior experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry in Government Compliance, Rates and Budgets, or Program Finance roles

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS)
• Experience supporting DCAA audits
• Strong project management skills
• Experience with SAP and Analysis for Office

Primary Level Salary Range: $75,800.00 - $113,800.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
