YOUR MISSION
The primary commercial performance partner for global and regional eCommerce markets. Combines deep eCommerce operating experience with structured problem-solving to improve revenue, margin, EBIT by impacting conversion, AOV, demand shaping, customer experience & retention. Moves beyond reporting by determining why performance changed, recommending what should be done and aligning markets on executable action plans. Leads a team of data storytellers, setting a high bar for commercial judgment, analytical rigor and executive-ready storytelling. Identifies repeatable best practices, helps turn them into global playbooks and brings recurring market needs into central roadmaps.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as the primary partner to regional and local eCommerce leaders.
Partner with markets (Americas, EMEA, APAC) to align diagnoses
Understand market context, customer dynamics, constraints and priorities.
Challenge assumptions constructively and balance global direction with legitimate local variation.
Translate findings into simple, prioritized commercial recommendations.
Co-create holistic improvement plans with outcomes, owners, milestones and success measures aligned with global & regional stakeholders
Follow through on interventions, ensure adoption, assess impact and adapt when evidence changes.
Define and govern global KPI frameworks, metric definitions, measurement standards and reporting logic.
Ensure consistency, transparency and common interpretation across markets and functions.
Establish standards for analytics consumption and performance measurement.
YOUR TALENT
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
9-12 years in P&L/ analytical/ consulting/ strategy roles
Experience in ecommerce or growth-stage digital business mandatory, with P&L experience in E-com
Experience in commercially accountable roles with a record of improving business outcomes through insight.
Excellent communication skills and experience working with analytical/multidisciplinary commercial performance teams
Demonstrated ability to convert diagnosis into executable market plans and influence senior stakeholders
Multi-market or regional experience in a global matrix organization would be an added advantage
Experience partnering with BI, data engineering, advanced analytics or machine-learning is advantageous.
