Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Drive growth of the business across the Greater Asia region.
- Develop and execute account strategies aligned with global objectives.
- Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and achieve annual targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Lead and drive commercial innovation initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships as the primary commercial contact.
- Understand customer strategies, brand priorities, and innovation roadmaps.
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from brief to commercialization with cross-functional coordination.
- Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities and translate insights into strategies.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Fragrance, Marketing, Business or any other relevant discipline.
- Minimum 8 to 10 years relevant experience in an international environment.
- Excellent Olfactive communication skills which supports the overall creative process – discriminate, describe (association) and odor memory.
- Ability to effectively identify potential fragrances based on market relevance.
- Solid understanding of functional and technical capabilities, including knowledge of the consumers and different markets.
