This Director manages and directs the execution of sensitive data strategies, overseeing the development and deployment of sensitive data and privacy management solutions to enhance business processes and system performance. Leads cross-team collaboration, drives innovation and continuous improvement, enforces governance standards, manages multiple teams, and influences leadership business decisions by providing business and technical solutions to solve real-world challenges.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manages and directs the execution of AI and data strategies established by Senior Management and Executives.
2. Oversees the development and deployment of AI models and data architectures to enhance business processes and system performance.
3. Leads collaboration across teams to integrate AI solutions into business applications and workflows.
4. Conducts experiments and assesses AI initiative performance to drive continuous improvement.
5. Promotes innovation by contributing to intellectual property and advancing AI capabilities.
6. Manages multiple AI and data teams led by lower-level Management.
7. Develops and enforces AI and data governance standards aligned with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.
8. Coaches and mentors teammates to build AI expertise and foster a data-driven culture.
9. Frequently influences business decisions made by leadership.
10. Collaborates with stakeholders to identify real-world problems and apply AI and analytics for actionable insights.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Software Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in AI and data with progressive management responsibilities.
3. Proven experience managing teams and delivering AI and data-driven solutions.
4. Strong knowledge of AI models, data architectures, and analytics methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Master’s degree in a relevant technical or business discipline.
2. Experience in the financial services industry.
3. Expertise in solution designs based upon business requirements.
4. Strong knowledge of data privatization, scanning/classification, privacy/preference management tools and technologies.
5.Experience designing and implementing business and technical controls to mitigate data and privacy risks within business processes.
6. Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and data governance frameworks for managing sensitive data and information.
