For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- +6 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer (Java/Angular)
- Proven expertise in Java development within agile-based project environments, contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Active participation in agile squad dynamics, collaborating with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA engineers, and fellow developers toward shared delivery goals.
- Ability to contribute meaningfully to technical workshops, engaging with both teammates and customers to align on solutions and progress.
- Demonstrated capacity to uphold software quality standards and best practices throughout the full development lifecycle, from design through deployment.
- Strong communication skills enabling effective collaboration in cross-functional, agile-based squads within a consulting or client-facing context.
- Fluency in English (B2+/C1)
- Availability for Hybrid work model 2 x week (based in Porto or Lisboa)
- Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
