Description

KYUMH is an agency that has been delivering help and hope for those in need for over 155 years.

The Unit Supervisor is responsible for the daily operation, supervision, safety, and programming of an

assigned living unit within the Caminos Shelter Program. This position provides direct supervision to Youth
Care Associates and ensures compliance with Kentucky United Methodist Homes (KYUMH), Board of Child
Care, and Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. The Unit

Serving as the primary leadership presence within the living unit, the Unit Supervisor provides daily coaching,

positive youth development and recovery from complex trauma.
The Unit Supervisor is also responsible for monitoring operational compliance within the assigned unit

through routine quality assurance activities, including weekly audits of activity logs, review of off-campus
