What You'll Be Doing
- Support the analysis, documentation, and improvement of business processes and digital workflows.
- Assist with configuring, testing, and maintaining business applications and systems.
- Gather and organize business requirements from stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Create and update system documentation, process maps, and user guides.
- Support data collection, validation, reporting, and dashboard development efforts.
- Participate in system testing, troubleshooting, and user acceptance activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Help monitor system performance and recommend enhancements that improve user experience and operational efficiency.
What Are We Looking For
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in digital technologies, business systems, and process improvement.
- Ability to analyze information, identify trends, and solve problems effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
