Multifamily Site Superintendent

In this role, you will be working as a Project Manager for a client that works in the residential general construction industry. This position will be responsible for leading and managing high end residential and multifamily construction projects from start to finish.  

This position is a direct hire role that is a long term for my client. This role will require visits to projects sites locally.

Pay; $120,000-$140,000/Yr. 

• Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field preferred
• 15+ years of experience in running ground up new construction projects of multifamily homes and full renovations of Brownstones 
• Experience with direct site supervision experience 
• Develop project plans and schedules 
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers 
• Able to analyze blueprints and other documentation
• Quality control, field troubleshooting, maintain documentation
• Able to communicate with owners
• Experience with Buildertrend, Procore, MS Project and Excel
