You will be working as a Field Service Technician for a client in the semiconductor capital equipment industry
This is a REMOTE role with heavy travel to manufacturing facilities in Kentucky, Tennessee, and Guadalajara Mexico
** Candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish**

Duties
- Installing / upgrading equipment in field locations
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
- Document installation and repairs in a service system.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and provide appropriate warranty services ensuring optimal performance.
- Maintain all tools used during service calls.
- Manage and track parts / tools, ensuring availability for service tasks.
- Provide part identification assistance for customers, distributors, Field Service Engineers, as well as other employees and departments.
- Train customer personnel in equipment operation, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting.
- Interact and collaborate with customers and internal associates
Requirements
• 3+ years experience operating and maintaining SMT and/or Through-Hole related machines/ equipment, including routine upkeep and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to read bills of materials (BOM), schematics, and assembly drawings.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Must be bilingual English and Spanish.
