What does a Coordinator of Employment Opportunities do?

The Coordinator of Employment Opportunities Assists the Director and Assistant Director with the coordination of the Supported Employment programs, and all aspects of the Employment Resources department.  In this role you will plan, direct, and coordinate the job coaching function for the Employment Resources team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services with one year of supervisory experience or, Associate's Degree with three years of supervisory experience,  or a High School Diploma with five years of supervisory experience is required.
• Experience in Job Development, employment counseling or coaching, contract management, and program development is preferred.
• Must have effective communication skills and be proficient in the use of a computer. 
• Valid NYS Driver's License with 2 years of experience is required.
