Job Summary
Job Tittle: Administrative Assistant
The primary function of this role is to provide administrative support to the Midwest branch. This position reports to the Branch Manager and will require a close working relationship with the Branch Manager and all Operations staff at this branch and Corporate.
This job requires the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced multi-tasked environment with a focus on administration, organization, reporting, data management and customer service.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Primary duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Provide complete administrative support services for the Branch Manager and staff.
- Handle all incoming calls and transfer accordingly.
- Greet all guests coming into the front lobby.
- Planning and preparation for any department &/or branch meetings or branch gatherings, reservations, etc.
- Assist fabrication shop and field with any necessary administrative duties.
- Conduct calls on open receivables.
- Data entry into Excel and various documents.
- Assist with day-to-day general clerical needs, filing, FedEx shipments, etc.
- Order office supplies.
- Create/Update POs in Company Software and Update as Completed.
- Attend any necessary meetings required by Branch Manager.
Qualifications

- High school diploma or GED is required.
- 3+ years of administrative experience is required.
- Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable Experience a plus.
- Ability to efficiently find, access, and complete online research tasks is required.
- Significant knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, and particularly Excel) applications is required.
