This position is based in Boston, MA, with an expectation to be in the office one day per week. This role reports to the Product Management Director.
About the Team:
The Practice Management Zone supports core revenue cycle workflows that help customers manage their practices to financial and operational excellence. - Develop work management solutions that enable customers and operations teams to prioritize, assign, track, and complete payer connectivity work.
- Build and maintain visibility tooling — including dashboards, health monitoring, and alerting — so customers and internal teams can track connectivity status, maintain transaction health, and detect degradation before it impacts revenue.
- Drive execution across multiple engineering pods using spec-driven development, ensuring clear ownership and focused on the highest priorities.
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to identify problem themes, define success metrics and hypotheses, and track outcomes to ensure impact.
- Partner with Product Management and Operations leaders to drive portfolio strategy, gain organizational alignment, and deliver KPI impact.
- Support product launches through alpha, beta, and general availability in collaboration with customer-facing and internal teams.
- Use AI tools and automation to improve personal productivity and effectiveness.
Additional Job Responsibilities:
- Present product direction, recommendations, and updates to stakeholders and leadership with clarity and precision.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization. Balance competing stakeholder asks across issue handling, cross-org coordination, rollouts, and ongoing roadmap work.
- Mentor other product managers and contribute to team practices and product craft.
Expected Education & Experience:
- 8+ years of product management experience, with 4+ years in US healthcare revenue cycle management.
- Demonstrated experience working on products that enable the setup and maintenance of electronic transactions with payers, clearinghouses, and trading partners. Relevant work types include ERA, EFT, EDI, Eligibility, and payment processing.
- Experience with automating workflows through agentic AI, API integration, or third-party partner connectivity to replace manual effort.
- Understanding of the data collection, partner-specific requirements, and multi-step enrollment lifecycle needed to stand up and sustain electronic transactions.
- Experience building strategies, building organizational alignment, and executing to deliver measurable business impact.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large sets of quantitative and qualitative data into product strategy and roadmaps.
- Experience working across multiple teams or product pods in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present clearly, build alignment, and make thoughtful tradeoff decisions between scope and schedule.
- Experience with core practice configuration and onboarding software preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in product management.
