WHY THIS ROLE

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the sales cycle: qualify inbound leads, educate new patients on hormone optimization, peptide, and longevity modalities, and book consults.
- Monthly sales quotas: this is the core of the job, not a side responsibility.
- Grow the book: upsell and cross-sell bundled services to new & existing patients to grow revenue per patient.
- Reactivate: reactivate lapsed patients through targeted outreach and follow-up campaigns.
- Track everything: manage your CRM pipeline (HubSpot) as it’s your own book of business.
- Collaborate: partner with clinical staff to match patients to the right plan and the best teammates sell solutions, not just services.
WHAT YOU HAVE
- 1–2+ years of sales experience, phone/inside sales strongly preferred — healthcare or wellness sales a plus.
- A track record of hitting or exceeding quota
- CRM experience; HubSpot is a big plus.
- Passion for educating patients on our services to change their lives
- Competitive by nature, coachable by choice.
- Genuine interest in health, wellness, and longevity.
HOW WE'LL MEASURE YOU
- Monthly consults completed.
- Monthly ROFs (re-opportunities/follow-ups) completed.
- Net new patient adds vs. goal.
- % of patients on bundled / upsold services.
