WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair residential and light-commercial HVAC systems
- Explain findings and repair options clearly and honestly to customers
- Complete repairs according to manufacturer specifications, applicable codes, and Fox quality standards
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with the office
- Keep your company vehicle, tools, and work areas clean and organized
- Represent Fox professionally and help us improve how we serve customers
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- At least one year of residential HVAC service experience
- An active Idaho HVAC Journeyman registration or Apprentice registration with at least 2,000 documented hours
- EPA Section 608 certification
- Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and customer communication skills
- A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- A professional, dependable, team-first attitude
- A commitment to quality workmanship and doing the right thing
- Ability to meet screening requirements

- $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience

- $1,000 sign-on bonus after successfully completing a 60-day introductory period and remaining in good standing
