• Build referral relationships with estate agents, architects, developers, consultants and other industry professionals
• Represent the business at relevant networking events and industry meetings
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, meetings and opportunities
• Meet agreed business development and revenue targets
Candidate Profile

• Demonstrable ability to identify prospects, build relationships, and close business
• An existing network of property owners, developers, investors, estate agents, or hospitality professionals in Malta would be a significant advantage
• Confident presentation and commercial negotiation skills
• Excellent written and spoken English; Maltese and additional languages would be advantageous
• Professional, credible, and comfortable engaging directly with property owners and senior decision-makers
• Self-motivated, organised, and accountable for results
• Able to attend meetings and property visits throughout Malta
A relevant degree is welcome, but practical industry experience, commercial ability, and a proven record of generating business are more important.
