Warranty Administrator - Automotive Dealership Service Department

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Administrator to join our dynamic automotive dealership service team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth warranty claim processing, accurate documentation, and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:

- Process warranty claims accurately and efficiently in accordance with manufacturer guidelines

- Review and verify warranty documentation, including repair orders and invoices

- Communicate with technicians, service advisors, and manufacturers to resolve warranty issues

- Maintain detailed records of warranty claims, approvals, and rejections

- Ensure compliance with warranty policies and procedures

- Assist in training staff on warranty procedures and updates

- Monitor warranty claim statuses and follow up as needed to ensure timely resolution

- Prepare reports on warranty activities and submit to management regularly

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in warranty administration or a similar role within an automotive dealership preferred

- Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and warranty policies

- Excellent organizational and administrative skills

- Proficient in dealership management software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge of manufacturer warranty programs and procedures is a plus

Experience:

• Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, & Fiat Experience (Preferred)
