Responsibilities
Your role as Junior Manager, Business Masters will involve:- Collaborate closely with the Executive Director of Business Masters to identify, organize, coordinate, and report on the numerous transversal activities for Business Master students.
- Act as a liaison with Vice Deans, professors and external stakeholders, facilitating the coordination of both curricular and extracurricular activities.
- Provide support in management, communications, and problem-solving with faculty members.
- Foster collaboration with various departments such as Admissions, Marketing, Communications, Planning, Documentation, Campus Life, and Maintenance to ensure the seamless execution of programs, extracurricular, and transversal activities.
- Act as a contact person for external transversal activities such as graduations, openings, etc.
- Maintain meticulous records and compile information pertaining to various initiatives, generating measurable reports to analyze return on investment (ROI) and assess future potential.
- Manage expenses and exercise budgetary control.
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a leadership role, contributing to a high-functioning team.
- Prior experience with digital tools, including Blackboard Ultra, Videoconferencing tools, Atenea, and Cytric, is preferred.
- Strong project management skills to offer support on short, medium, and long-term projects.
- Proven ability to promptly address concerns, inquiries, and feedback.
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic schedule when required.
- Candidates must possess a valid EU work permit.
