ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will work hands‑on with Amazon across NA region (US and CA), supporting day‑to‑day execution while building strong analytical and commercial foundations. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and agency partners to deliver best‑in‑class digital execution and customer results. This position is an entry point into high‑growth eCommerce within SCJ PRO, offering strong visibility and development opportunities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the execution of the eCommerce channel strategy, contributing to sales, profitability, and growth targets
- Lead and support retail readiness and catalog clean-up with our ecommerce agency partner
- Lead and support retail media strategy for Amazon
- Manage day‑to‑day operations for Amazon, including assortment, content, pricing, and promotions – Main point of contact for AVS Amazon team
- Collaborate with Marketing and Customer marketing to support other and other eCommerce distributors platforms
- Analyze Amazon performance KPIs such as sales, traffic, conversion, availability, and share of search, and translate insights into actions
- Support the development of tentpole events plans, forecasts, and promotional calendars
- Prepare analyses and materials for customer meetings, negotiations, and joint business planning
- Coordinate closely with Supply Chain, Marketing, to ensure product availability and campaign execution
- Identify opportunities to improve digital shelf quality and online visibility
- Contribute to the onboarding and development of new eCommerce customers and platforms, including marketplaces and distributors
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related commercial role
- Qualified Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for future sponsorship.

- Experience with Amazon (Vendor Central / Seller Central) or online marketplaces
- Experience with eCommerce KPIs, retail media and digital shelf optimization
- Experience in eCommerce, with FMCG, Start-Ups or other digital commerce businesses

This role is located at the SC Johnson Professional Corporate Office in Charlotte, NC
Remote work available once a week after 90-day onboarding period
Domestic relocation is not available for this role
