Where You'll Make a Difference

• Operate and monitor production equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety standards.

• Perform equipment inspections and troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime.

• Maintain accurate production, quality, and inventory records.

• Support product quality by following GMPs and standard operating procedures.

• Conduct changeovers, cleaning, and basic maintenance activities as required.

• Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency and reliability.

• Follow environmental, health, and safety requirements at all times.

• Train and support less experienced operators as needed.

• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Experience in a manufacturing, production, chemical, food, or industrial environment.

• Ability to operate complex production equipment safely and efficiently.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to read, understand, and follow procedures and work instructions.

• Proficiency with production documentation and basic computer systems.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed.

• Ability to lift, move, and perform physical tasks in an industrial environment.

How Would You Stand Out?

• Associate degree or technical certification in a related field.

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.

• Prior experience mentoring or training production team members.
