Shift: 24/5 - 8 Hour Shifts (Week 1 - Days, Week 2 - Afternoons, Week 3 – Nights)

As a Manufacturing Operations Team Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of Packing rare disease products to current CGMP. You will lead a highly engaged, high‑performing operational team that is fully aligned with site business objectives and committed to excellence. There are 3 Production Lines currently with a 4th state of the art Production Line in the Qualification Process.

Main responsibilities:
Manage the manufacturing areas to ensure that production objectives are met
Ensure production of products are undertaken in compliance with cGMP and Safety standards through regular walk through and review of deviations and GMP documentations
Monitor the level of GMP compliance in their area on an on-going basis
Ensure that all production activities are organised and executed on time, in full and right first time
Involved in the preparation, review and approval of Manufacturing documentation and records
Define team targets / goals and support team in achieving them especially in the areas of safety, productivity and quality
Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, non-commercial activities and positively embrace change
Train/assess competence for Team Member and manage performance on an on-going basis
About you
Technical qualification in Science or Engineering
EBR (Electronic Batch Record) and SAP experience an advantage.
Demonstrable leadership and people management experience in pharma manufacturing
Strong ability to influence, lead, and drive change
Highly proactive, with the ability to understand the broader organisational context
Diploma in Supervisory Management or equivalent is an advantage

The salary range for this position is :€54 800,00 - €73 067Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
