  • Develop a strong understanding of Citi's product and coverage platform in order to navigate the organization effectively and connect clients with the appropriate resources.
  • Support revenue retention and growth initiatives by identifying client needs, monitoring account activity and escalating potential business opportunities to Corporate Bankers.
  • Act as a liaison between Citi's local and global teams to support client requirements, facilitate information sharing and promote efficient execution across geographies.
  • Leverage available technology, data analytics and digital tools to enhance portfolio management, reporting, workflow efficiency and overall client service delivery.
  • Develop a sound understanding of banking, credit and risk management principles while exercising prudent judgment in identifying and escalating potential risks.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance client service, increase operational efficiency and strengthen controls.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets. Ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, policies and governance standards while escalating risks and control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:
