Research Support Assistant 3 (Schizophrenia Research) (210-2026-48)

Job Description:

This person will be responsible for research procedures, including administration of behavioral/EEG and fMRI testing and participant recruitment. The TBH will work under the clinical supervision of Dr. Javitt and research supervision of Dr. Martinez.

Job Duties:

Run EEG, fMRI, and eye tracking studies on patients with schizophrenia. Analyze recorded data using Matlab, EEGlab, python, and other analysis programs; perform statistical analysis of data using SPSS and Matlab; participate in scheduling experiments, and running behavioral neuropsychological experiments.

Minimum Qualifications:

• BA or BS in Psychology, Neuroscience, or a related field.
• Experience working with human research subjects
• Experience with electrophysiology and MRI techniques

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with clinical populations and administering neuropsychological assessments

Background Investigation/Justice Center Review Requirements:
