Goal of function:
Contribute to the achievement of sales targets by providing the Critical Care PM with all relevant market insights related to the products within their area of expertise.
Ensure that both the Sales Force and end customers receive the necessary technical and application support for the product lines under their responsibility.
Collaborate in the launch of new products and support the Head Office in translating into Italian all documentation required for the commercialization and marketing of the products.
Your Responsibilities:
Act as the company’s subject matter expert for the technical and clinical application of assigned product lines.
Support the Critical Care PM in monitoring business performance and developing corrective or reinforcement actions for marketing plans.
Provide ongoing product training and updates to the Sales Force and After-Sales Service teams.
Design and deliver educational programs and training sessions for both internal staff and customers.
Monitor and communicate competitor products, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
Support complaint handling and product issue resolution in compliance with the company’s Quality Management System.
Collaborate with internal departments, headquarters, and external suppliers on product development, validation, and performance evaluation.
Participate in industry congresses, customer events, and sales meetings to promote product knowledge and customer engagement.
Support tender activities, promotional and educational material development, and preparation of all product documentation required for commercialization.
Assist with product launches, customer support, pricing updates, forecasting, procurement activities, and customer scouting in collaboration with Sales and PM teams.
Your Profile:
Bachelor's degree in a scientific, technical, engineering, or business-related field preferred.
Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role within the medical devices or healthcare industry.
Strong team-working and collaboration skills.
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Customer-focused approach.
Knowledge of medical devices and technologies used in blood treatment and/or multi-organ support therapies.
Understanding of acute renal therapies, blood purification therapies, and/or multi-organ support treatments.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Availability to travel frequently.
Flexibility to work outside standard business hours, including weekends, to attend congresses, conferences, and support activities within hospital departments.

This role starts within a minimum annual gross salary benchmark of €55.000, in accordance with applicable transparency regulations. The final offer will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. In addition, we offer a variable pay.
