As an IT Operations Specialist at Emergn you will deliver consistent product quality and reliability.

We want you to:
- Provide day-to-day IT support to employees across the Group.
- Manage user account provisioning, access, and offboarding.
- Troubleshoot common hardware, software, and access issues.
- Maintain accurate IT documentation, processes, and user guides.
- Support basic network, security, and access administration.
- Liaise with external IT vendors on infrastructure, software, and licensing.
- Help maintain reliable and secure IT services across a multi-entity, multi-jurisdictional environment.
- Support broader IT projects and improvements when required.
This job might be for you if you have:
- 2+ years of previous experience in IT support, IT operations, or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of hardware, software, user accounts, and common IT troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, identity/access management, and basic network administration.
- An understanding of IT security and access management principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage routine support tasks while contributing to IT projects and improvements.
- Experience working in an international or multi-entity environment would be an advantage.
- Excellent English skills.
