The Project Estimator will calculate costs of projects based on blueprints and/or specifications for our Interiors Group.
Responsibilities Include:
Accurately estimate cost of projects using Excel, Bluebeam Revu, Procore or other provided forms for internal and external customers on a timely basis
Prepare takeoffs from blueprints or specifications to determine quantities and treatments required for projects
Obtain vendor quotes and material costs from internal or external suppliers
Prepare project files and serve as a resource to internal and/or external customers
Qualifications Include:
Associates degree or equivalent work experience; bachelor’s degree preferred
1-3 years estimating experience
Intermediate MS Excel knowledge
The hybrid schedule for this role includes in-office work on Tuesdays - Thursdays, and additional onsite days may be required during the training period. Associates are expected to be in the office during this time.
