Telstra is looking for a passionate and experienced Warehouse Team Manager to lead our logistics and warehousing operations at our Kemps Creek site. This is a key leadership role within Field Services, supporting Telstra’s critical corporate and enterprise customers in a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment.
As Warehouse Team Manager, you will lead a skilled team of technicians responsible for equipment staging, logistics, and operational readiness. You’ll drive performance, safety, and customer outcomes while shaping the future of our warehousing operations through innovation, agility, and effective resource planning.
Connecting our customers is at the core of Telstra’s purpose, and our Field Services teams play a vital role in building, maintaining, and enabling access to our network. In this role, your focus is on people and performance—leading, coaching, and developing your team to consistently deliver high‑quality outcomes for our customers.
Candidates must be Australian Citizens and willing to obtain Baseline Security Clearance to be considered. This role will require you to hold and maintain Australian Government Baseline Security Clearance.

What you’ll do
Lead and develop a high‑performing warehousing and logistics team
Oversee day‑to‑day warehouse operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency
Allocate resources effectively to meet operational targets and customer demand
Drive continuous improvement through innovation and smarter ways of working
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key enterprise customers
Ensure compliance with operational, safety, and quality standards
