The Project Manager (PM) – EU Performance Marketing PMO plays a critical operational and strategic bridging role between local Cheil European Subsidiaries and Cheil HQ. This role is responsible for overseeing online and offline performance marketing activity plans, driving compliance with offer guidelines via the Consumer Experience Journey (CEJ) frame, monitoring regional campaign KPIs, managing project finances, and leading multi-market reporting to HQ.
The ideal candidate possesses strong cross-border agency/client operational experience, sharp analytical capabilities, and seamless stakeholder management skills across diverse European markets.

Deine Aufgaben

1. Subsidiary & HQ Alignment

• Serve as the central regional contact point for local Cheil European Subsidiary offices regarding online and offline performance marketing plans
• Monitor, guide, and evaluate subsidiary marketing execution to ensure alignment with regional campaign strategies and guidelines
• Lead local documentation processes, synthesize subsidiary inputs, and present activity plans to Cheil HQ to secure executive sign-offs and approvals
• Manage workflow timelines between local teams and HQ to eliminate operational bottlenecks

• Direct and maintain the regional Consumer Experience Journey (CEJ) sheet across all active campaigns and markets
• Ensure local subsidiary marketing offers, promotions, and touchpoints adhere strictly to regional offer guidelines
• Track local performance against campaign benchmarks and issue proactive KPI risk alerts to subsidiary leads when deviations occur

• Oversee the creation of executive-level presentations, alignment decks, and post-campaign analysis reports.
• Ensure all documentation submitted to HQ strictly follows global corporate templates, visual standards, and messaging guidelines.
• Streamline data aggregation across subsidiaries to produce clear, actionable narrative decks for regional leadership and HQ stakeholders.

• Maintain a macro-level dashboard tracking cross-market KPIs across all online and offline channels.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with local subsidiary teams to ensure delivery against core digital, retail, and media metrics.
• Synthesize multi-subsidiary performance data into high-level monthly/quarterly executive summaries.

• Monitor overall project financial performance, budget allocations, and burn rates across participating European subsidiaries.
• Track local expenditures against approved budgets and flag financial risks early.
• Consolidate monthly/quarterly financial summaries and report budget statuses directly to the Internal Project Director.

• Collaborate closely with fellow EU PMO team members to standardize processes, tools, and reporting frameworks across all European operations.
• Share best practices across markets to improve agency efficiency and campaign delivery standards.
